Thanks for that Linda

I think I shall bite the bullet and pack my knotted hanky away untill maybe mid next week, I don't fancy being on holiday in the rain and anyhow, my main purpose was to see the air display so maybe the weather will pick up in time for that....

Once again many thanks

Well our forecast is from Saturday until Wednesday light rain and then it seems brighter which will be good for Thursday and Friday as it is the Lowestoft Airshow.
I hope this helps you to decide what to do.
Regards
Linda

Hello Linda

I spotted the name Oulton Broad on here and it gained my attention.....I was up in Lowestoft last year (guest flat) and enjoyed every second of it, going back there in two weeks time in fact, if it wasn't for the fact all the flat entrances are in enclosed corridors I think I would have applied to live there......anyhow, best of luck living there I know you will love it, you have a first class site manager in Lynne who beavers away in the background..... you will love Oulton broad and in case nobody has told you, there is a very pleasant walk/cycleway from Hanover to Oulton....takes around three quarters of an hour if you follow the river and perhaps half an hour if you follow the cycle route.....and has anyone told you yet about the famous chip shop in Kessington (Kessingham?)....that's another very pleasant coastline walk

Enjoy it all!!

I hope you and your husband Gerry will be very happy there. What type of dog have you? Frank and I have a little shuitzu called Annie, she is 13 yrs. old. I don't knit so much now but my favourite pastime is embroidery. Hope to hear from you soon.
