Just joined Hanover World, the Greenshoots project sounds very interesting..
Kind regards,

Perhaps I will get a hug next time we meet up. That will no doubt start rumours amongst the staff and RC members.
That is of course if I get re-elected.
Kind regards ,
Antony.
Thank's for that. Maybe some other form of energy-saving technology may be developed in the near future.
Cheers
John
I welcome the fact that you are looking into energy-saving on our estates. I may be selfish, not just for myself, but for all the residents of Hanover from the point of trying to reduce our usage of gas and electricity to help reduce our power consumption, thereby reducing the amount we pay in the ever-escalating charges for these power sources. That's why I am keen that we should find some other renewable, less expensive form of power consumption. There are wind farms on the contininant that are wholy-owned by communities and any excess electricity (that generated in the early hours of the morning) is fed into the national grid, thereby helping to cover the cost of installation and upkeep. Perhaps we could try it over here. Maybe we could combine oue efforts with other housing associations in the same area.
Cheers
John
In the interests of trying to reduce our carbon foot-prints, do you think we ought to be cladding the outer walls of all properties over 15-20 years old? Also, because of the increase in fuel costs, should we be considering some other form getting energy from renewalable resources. e.g. local wind generators?
Just a thought
Cheers
John
